We spent Saturday watching Lily, Emily and Elizabeth excavate sand pits at St. Petersburg City Marina’s playground. It is fun to hear girls squeal excitedly to be reunited. Harborage and City Marina are about a mile apart, maybe a little more. Back in the Spring, we would walk over to visit and Lily drug her feet tiredly all the way back. “I can’t make it. When are we gonna be there. Waaaaa.” She has her bike now so the trip is a breeze. Publix is inbetween so we stop for a few groceries and a cold lemonade. Yes, we have the truck here but the weather is beautiful and it is so fun watching Lily ride the bike (THANKS again Maddy, for the hand-me-down).
