I had a really good time on Saturday because it was the chocolate tour. It was not a factory or business. It was a family in their home and they did it for tourists. There home was a open air home with dirt floors.
Here is the house that gives the chocolate tour.

Some of the girls made bracelets and I got one. (the chocolate was the best.) We got to make the chocolate. The steps were: roast the chocolate, then grind it, then add a little bit of water, cinnamon, and a lot of sugar then eat.
Scooping and turning cocoa beans.
The grinding is kind of hard but fun.
Before they made the chocolate, they showed us the cocoa plant with the white beans. We got to eat a wet cocoa bean before it was roasted. As we were chewing, the person said, “Don’t swallow.” OOPS. Jerry had already swallowed and he worried all day. It was a new experience to me and I think my parents liked it.
Jerry is taking a bit of the delicious bean.
The best hot chocolate you ever had (with kitty fur in it because I petted the kitty and then helped make the chocolate).
